That's the number of men - yes, men ;) - who have committed suicide facing harrassment from their spouse according to an Indian NGO. Male-harrassment is quite often laughed upon but it's a reality as the numbers suggest.
With the balance of power shifting in favor of women-kind, soon we might have terms like adam-teasing, male-molesation, and affirmative action for men as common phrases. Soon, we men would be protesting to get 33% reservation in parliaments, schools, colleges. We would be 'asked out' by girls, the stronger sex. We would put up our self-defence mechanisms to safeguard ourselves from being hit on by random drunk girls in bars. Politicans will be shouting from rooftops to safeguard our rights and promise us to make it safer for us to go out on the streets alone after 8 in the night without being pounced by lecherous women ready to outrage our modesty. We would soon be banned from wearing tight jeans because according to Home Minister Mrs XYZ, tight jeans would be provocative for girls. Soon, the lady-fighters of Ram Sena would attack the pubs of Bangalore and kickout all the men who 'indulge' in pub culture. On the brighter side, we would still have pseudo-masculinist females lending us poor males their support from time to time.
Wishful thinking? I won't be alive to see that, thankfully. But then, who knows.

For a change,I would like to be a part of such a society. :)
But frankly speaking this has never happened in evolutionary history of men and will never happen in future too..

Haha. Even if women do become the dominant sex, they wouldn't do what men do currently in male-dominated societies. They'd find a much more effective and cruel way to subjugate, torment, dominate and control - probably by withholding sex for the smallest of disagreements. (So one hears from married men. :D)
I wouldn't mind being molested by women.
